Robin began her career as a working actress, graduating from “LaGuardia High School of The Performing Arts”.  She has performed in numerous productions, including a two year principal role on CBS's soap opera, “The Guiding Light".

Robin was born and raised in the entertainment business. Her mother and father worked for “Motown Records” recording and producing artists such as Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, The Supremes, Diana Ross, The Temptations and Frank Sinatra.

After graduating from college, Robin worked as a personal manager, with family business, "Lambert & Gentile Associates", who have guided the careers of many stars.  Having worked with most of New York City's casting directors and agents, Robin has gained an exceptionally strong knowledge of how the casting side of the business works, which has given her the knowledge to capture the looks wanted in a headshot by New York City casting directors.  

Robin lectures throughout the country on “Getting Started in Show Business”.  This seminar covers all facets of the industry such as how to get representation, the difference between an agent and a manager, headshots, resumes, the audition, etc. 

Some of the schools Robin lectures at include: The Actor's Studio, NYU, Columbia University, The Lee Strasberg Institute, Rutgers, Syracuse University, Vassar, Sarah Lawrence, Adelphi, Pace and The Performing Arts High School.
